Shipping policy

How long does it take to process my order?

We are a small crew: Ash, Kev, and our cat Scootch (and he's not the best at taping the mailer boxes together). Please allow us 3-5 business days, excluding holidays, to process your order from the time we receive it. We are as excited to get you your order as you are.

What about shipping time?

Currently, we only ship domestically in the US. Shipping times depend on your location. We are located in sunny Southern California, so if you are a west-coaster like us, expect your order faster than if you live on the other side of the country. We only know what USPS will tell us, and they estimate domestic deliveries to take about 2-8 business days. 

How much will shipping cost me?

Right now, we are providing a flat domestic shipping rate of $5 on all orders.

What if I made a mistake on my address?

Contact us right away at Hello@ArcanaDecks.com! If your order has already gone out in the mail, it will likely be returned to us. Once we receive the return, we will refund you and ask you to re-submit an order. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Hello@ArcanaDecks.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
